Influenza A (H1N1) (Swine Flu) Update

As of this morning, there are 57 confirmed cases (8 of which are in Madison County) of Influenza A (H1N1) in Kentucky with no deaths. There are 8,975 reported cases in the United States, with 15 deaths. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), as of this morning (May 29, 2009), 53 countries have officially reported 15,510 cases of Influenza A (H1N1) infection, with 99 deaths.
