Influenza A (H1N1) (Swine Flu) Update

As of this morning, there are 98 confirmed cases (8 of which are in Madison County) of Influenza A (H1N1) in Kentucky with no deaths. There are 13,217 reported cases in the United States, with 27 deaths. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), as of this morning (June 8, 2009), 73 countries have officially reported 25,288 cases of Influenza A (H1N1) infection, with 139 deaths.
